Afro Nation is the world's biggest Afrobeats festival and since 2022, we have been on the journey with them and continue to maintain the pivotal role as the official Artist Liaison team.
For the brand, we have worked across 3 continents leveraging our team of industry experts and attention to play a crucial role in the overall festival experience for both the artists and attendees, contributing to the success and reputation of the Afro Nation brand worldwide.
Our team worked closely with the artists’ management team to oversee all on-site movement for the artists and their team. We ensured they had everything required for their performances, including dressing rooms, hospitality riders, technical setups, soundchecks, and stage access.

The reopening of White City Adidas store was more than just a comeback, it was a celebration of community, empowerment, and inclusivity.
Our team produced a month-long series of immersive events curated to inspire and empower. We transformed the White City Adidas store into a hub where women came together to celebrate their passion for fitness and lifestyle. Events included fitness classes, workshops, and panel discussions allowing attendees to experience the brand in different ways.
We oversaw all of the logistics and production elements needed to make the event a success.

Countdown Africa 2024 held in Ghana is the premier event where revelers from all over the world come to ring in the New Year.
For the annual celeration, we curated an intimate private dinner under the iconic Black Star Gate. Guests indulged in culinary deligts, live music and a breathtaking firework display.

Rockstar and Stormzy joined forces for an unforgettable night of networking and sensational performances
Our team curated an evening of food, music and interactive moments for Stormzy’s fans and invited executives from the music industry. We made sure that our partner Rockstar was well represented and branding in key areas and as takeaways for those that attended the show. We were also asked to make sure the VIP’s had an elevated experience and their own curated space all of which the Zoo XYZ delivered.
Guests were welcomed with complimentary Rockstar branded cocktails and enjoyed capturing memories with two unique photo activations. The atmosphere was set by the eclectic mix of music spun by DJ Racheal Anson, while VIP guests savored complimentary Wingstop treats. The event's highlight was the performances, featuring rising star JayO and an electrifying set by Stormzy, leaving attendees buzzing with excitement.

Adekunle Gold is a talented music artist and an incredible performer, and this event was to promote his new album, 'Tequila Ever After'.
We curated an intimate listening party for 150 people, catering to a blend of music industry execs, artists, and fans.
Our team brought the album to life by creating a speakeasy where guests indulged on tasty canapes and custom drinks. Upon arrival, they also participated in a Tequila tasting contest.

Wray & Nephew put on a carnival celebration to remember, and our Founder and events expert Nadu, came in as Event Producer and brought The Zoo XYZ team along to bring the clients vision to life.
In collaboration with Warm Street, our team came in and supported for the day as event staff working across production, set up and delivery. Together, we delivered an immersive experience that left attendees exhilarated and craving more, cementing Wray & Nephew's Carnival celebration was a standout event on the social calendar.

Spotify partnered with Afro Nation, the largest Afrobeats festival, for Afro Nation 2022. We were the production partner and curated The Spotify Lounge backstage experience. It was an inviting and relaxing space for artists, which featured a soundproof area for live artist interviews by Spotify, hospitality for artists, food and beverages, and a cool atmosphere maintained by AC, aligned with Spotify's African Heat playlist theme.
The design also incorporated Ghanaian culture through adinkra symbols—Nsaa (Excellence, Genuineness), Fawohodie (Freedom), Nkonsonkonson (Unity), and Ahoɔden (Energy)—reflecting Spotify's brand essence of bringing cultures together through music.

Our team curated the official midnight pop-up that launched Stormzy’s then-latest album, ‘Heavy Is The Head’. This event partnered with Amazon Music, which was their first-ever UK event.
This exclusive immersive experience took fans through Stormzy’s musical journey, enabling them to be the first to buy the album on CD, with previously unseen merchandise and to meet the man himself. The Album went to Number 1 in the UK charts.
The Zoo XYZ orchestrated an enigmatic midnight spectacle to unveil Stormzy's latest musical masterpiece, 'Heavy Is The Head'. Collaborating with Amazon Music's inaugural UK event, this immersive extravaganza transported fans into the depths of Stormzy’s artistic journey. Attendees were granted exclusive access to purchase the CD before anyone else, secure rare merchandise, and even meet the legendary artist in person. Following the event, the album soared to the top of the UK charts, cementing its status as a cultural phenomenon.

We were brought on as consultants to provide invaluable processes, procedures and infrastructure that has acted as a core foundation enabling the growth and expansion of the brand to date.
