BLACK IN THE BOARDROOM
The 2021 Black in the Boardroom report analysed 15 UK Event trade associations and bodies to examine what diversity regarding Black professionals within these organisations looks like. Our research into the UK Event Industry in regards to racial disparity poses the ultimate question, is DEI a concern for the industry? The data is conclusive, within the 15 UK Event trade associations and bodies analysed:
- 99% White
- 1% Other
- 0% Black
